Informative document for processing of personal data collected from the data subject

In compliance with the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679 (European Data Protection Regulation) we provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of the personal data provided.

The data of a personal nature provided, will be processed in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness ex art. 6 EU Reg. 2016/679 for the following purposes:

a) Management of inherent data processing (art. 6 lett. b)):
- navigation of this website;
- possible filling in of data collection forms to send an information request to the data controller;
- fulfilment of contractual and legal obligations and administrative-accounting purposes. For the purposes of applying the provisions on the protection of personal data, processing carried out for administrative-accounting purposes are those connected with the performance of activities of an organisational, administrative, financial and accounting nature, regardless of the nature of the data processed. In particular, these purposes include internal organisational activities, those functional to the fulfilment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations and information activities3. The personal data provided may be communicated to recipients, appointed pursuant to art. 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679, who will process the data as managers and/or as natural persons acting under the authority of the Owner and Manager, in order to comply with contracts or related purposes. Specifically, the data may be communicated to recipients belonging to the following categories:
- Subjects that provide services for the management of the information system and communication networks of Donatoni Macchine S.r.l. (including e-mail);
- Studies or companies within the scope of assistance and consultancy relationships;
- Authorities responsible for fulfilling legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request;
- For administrative and accounting purposes, data may possibly be transmitted to commercial information companies for the assessment of solvency and payment habits and/or to subjects for credit recovery purposes.
The subjects belonging to the above categories act as Data Processors, or operate completely independently as separate Data Controllers. The list of designated Data Processors is constantly updated and available at the head office in Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella (VR)4. In the case of a request for data portability, the Data Controller shall provide you with the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, without prejudice to paragraphs 3 and 4 of Article 20 of EU Reg. 2016/679.
